A hospital stay can be the beginning of a strong recovery, with the right team behind you. At Oak Park Place in Madison, our rehabilitation specialists are employees, not outside contractors, which means you work with the same highly trained therapists from day one through discharge. Whether you're rebuilding strength after a joint replacement, recovering from a cardiac event, or regaining skills following a stroke, our Madison campuses offer the expertise, equipment, and supportive environment to help you get back to the life you love as quickly and safely as possible.
Rehabilitation at Oak Park Place goes beyond the therapy gym. Both Madison campuses feature bright, open rehabilitation centers with the latest equipment, designed to support a full range of inpatient and outpatient therapies. Services include neuro-rehabilitation for stroke, head, or spinal cord injuries; orthopedic rehabilitation following knee or hip replacements or fractures; cardiovascular rehabilitation after cardiac events; speech therapy for aphasia, apraxia, dysphagia, and memory loss; and occupational therapy to help residents return to daily activities with confidence.
Outpatient therapy is also available at both campuses, and continuing care with the same familiar therapy team after discharge can make a meaningful difference in outcomes. Private rooms at both locations ensure comfort and focus throughout recovery.
