Our History
Oak Park Place started with the vision of founder and CEO, Scott Frank. “My goal was to build a company with a commitment to providing the level of services and care I would want my own family to receive.” Since opening our doors at Albert Lea in 2001, we've grown to serve seniors at 11 locations in Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. Our focus is on the people we serve, valuing relationships, strengthening connections and providing exceptional care.
