CNAs provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including help with bathing, dressing, mobility and daily living activities. They check vital signs, assist with meals, and build meaningful relationships with residents while working closely with nurses to report any changes in condition.

Life enrichment coordinators plan and lead engaging social, recreational, spiritual and wellness programs that keep residents active, connected and fulfilled. They build calendars of events, outings and hobbies tailored to residents' interests and abilities.

Concierge and front desk staff greet residents, families and visitors with warmth, answer phones, and help coordinate daily needs. These front-line roles set the tone for the OAK PARK® Place experience.

Maintenance staff keep the community's buildings, grounds and equipment safe, functional and well-maintained through routine inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance. They respond quickly to resident and community needs to help keep everything running smoothly.
