Community Home

Wauwatosa

Located in the Mount Tosa neighborhood, Oak Park® Place Wauwatosa is designed to create an authentic connection to your hometown. From the Prairie style architecture to the historic names of our common rooms — Hoyt Study, Little Red Cafe and Hart Hall, to name a few — there's a sense of place that feels familiar.

Care is personalized and residents are encouraged to stay as active and engaged as possible. We offer a variety of activities to support a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to help each resident feel their best and enjoy life every day.

Memory Keepers

Supporting families and loved ones is a vital part of our service. Memory Keepers is a program to support caregivers and families dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our goal is to offer an open, accepting environment to share experiences. We also provide educational opportunities to learn about research findings, coping strategies and ways to create a better life experience for everyone touched by Alzheimer's and dementia.

Dining

Our menus balance residents' personal preferences with the nutrition needed to support their health. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create satisfying, made-from-scratch meals. Menus change with the seasons and range from comfort foods to fine cuisine. Special diets can be accommodated to provide nutritious choices that don't sacrifice taste. Our goal is to make your dining experience healthy and enjoyable.
