Oak Park Place Madison Assisted Living Apartments: Oak Park Place is a new development offering 64 assisted living apartments within the Grandview Commons community on Madison's East side.  We offer 10 senior friendly floor plans.  Residents can choose from studio, one and two bedroom apartment models.  All Madison Assisted Living apartments are furnished with refrigerators and microwaves, cable TV, local phone, in-suite temperature controls and other amenities.

We offer seniors a comfortable home that promotes independence and assistance when you need it. Activities include movies, concerts, clubs and other social events. Courtesy transportation for shopping and appointments is provided.  You will also enjoy our game room, library, reading rooms, snack bar, beauty shop and main street mall. Our dining room offers hearty home cooked meals as well as coffee and snacks. 

We're staffed 24 hours per day and assistance is always available. Oak Park Place's assisted living apartments include a call system for your peace of mind.  Iur Madison assisted living facility serves the greater Madison Wisconsin community including Middleton, Fitchburg, McFarland WI , Monona and Burke.
