Working with professionals in the UW system and at Meriter Hospital, Oak Park® Place offers informational sessions on a variety of health topics for residents and the greater Baraboo community and professional development conferences for healthcare personnel. - Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin
Oak Park® Place offers seniors with memory loss conditions an individualized program of care that supports each resident's strengths. The Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin serves as a great resource and partner as we are committed to providing high quality memory care utilizing new research, ideas, and information available. Professionals from the Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance also often serve as speakers for resident and community events at Oak Park® Place. - Department of Veteran Affairs
